The consistency in customer service and enhanced technology is above standard. Patients have been to other physical therapy places, but none compare. One patient regained 85% of the feeling in their leg and movement in a drop foot after being told it was impossible elsewhere. Everyone in the office is helpful and kind, thorough in explanations, and makes patients feel they have a vested interest in their improvement. The front office greets everyone with a smile. I had back surgery four years ago since then I lost the feeling in my right leg from the knee to the ankle. Also, I acquired a drop foot in the same leg. I went to a couple different physical therapy establishments in the area. None of them really did anything for me in fact one place I won't mention any names told me I will never no matter what I do regain movement in my drop foot and I was told there's nothing I can do about it, it's been difficult walking around like that. I stopped going because I wasn't getting anything out of it then a friend recommended Anders I thought OK I'll give it a try. I've been going there maybe three months I have regained 85% of the feeling in my leg much to my astonishment, my drop foot is starting to regain movement. I cannot begin to express my appreciation and admiration and gratefulness and. Luckyness. To have found Anders's physical therapy I am ecstatic. I am so happy. My life has changed for the better. I highly highly highly recommend Anders over any other physical therapy in the area.!!!!!!
I am sharing this for my husband, Vince: This is a small, comfortable physical therapy environment, with lots of one-on-one attention. Everyone there is attentive, smiling, and they all like each other. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere for anyone. I’m recovering from neck surgery and preparing for hip replacement surgery. Thanks to Anders, I am off the walker, I can drive after not being able to for 6 months, I can put on my own shoes and socks now, and I’m ready for my hip surgery Aug. 1. I can’t recommend Anders & Associates highly enough. I’ve even recommended them to the doctor at the Pain & Wellness Center that I go to.
Found them on google and i am glad I did. Went in because of some bad vertigo. Joe listened and explained well, he preformed the Epely maneuver to help me correct it. highly recommend the location .
