Paul!! Please forgive me for the untimely post. But, you are the best. Paul at All Star Pool Service helped me Prime my pool pump over the phone and my pump has been running every since. Thank you Paul! Now, I am ready to clean my pool for the summer.

I have worked with All Start Pool Service for over a year now with ad-hoc services and they have been great. They previously maintained my pool and even educated me on the basics. They also did a great job replacing my pool heater. I first met Paul and Walter and they were great; friendly and responsive. Recently, Darrin came over to clean my pool filters and was very thorough. I really appreciated his kindness and how he treated me as a customer. Very welcoming gentleman. Looking forward to working with them again.

Our pool was a mess when we called a few pool service companies from Yelp listings to come and see it, give us an idea of what's to be done and send us an estimate. Algae was growing all over the sides of the pool, our filter had a small leak and the little flap was missing that fits over the filter at the end of the pool. Paul and his dad, Walter came over with a couple of his attendants, all to get an idea of what's needed to fix our issues. Our regular pool guy has been with us since 2015 when we rented and since 2017 when we bought this house. We relied on him to take care of our pools but this last year he's let us down, says he's sick and we've had to do some work ourselves on occasion; like my husband was told to buy Shock when too much algae accumulates. Also, last summer we had to drain the pool and after our guy said he couldn't do more to scrape off the algae, Pat, my husband, my son, his wife and her son all went down and brushed off the rest of it, then refilled it with our garden hose. Paul and Walter from ALL STAR came on a Tuesday. They said we shouldn't have had to do these things and they'd make sure everything will be taken care of by them so we won't have to. Bottom line, I believe they're capable and we love the family element. Their estimate was the most reasonable and both Paul and Walter are very easy to talk to, which is a very good thing nowadays. They came back the next day to start work to replace our filter and right in front of my husband, Pat, our pump sputtered and died... when it rains! Paul has been in constant communication with Pat. Keeping him abreast of what's going on and he returned with the new pump and it was installed Wednesday. It's Friday today but unfortunately the pool water is still green. So, what they were trying to avoid is now a reality, having to drain the pool again and a Chlorine treatment should resolve that issue. Otherwise, so far we're very impressed with All Star Pool Service! I hope to come back and finish this review with a positive ending...
