Very professional friendly staff. They went over things in layman terms which I appreciated. Living in a small town in California bedside manner would always come up pertaining to our perception of dentistry. As a new patient I was treated by a caring observant nurses and dentist. Only four stars for now as I’m a new patient but looking forward to my next visit. After a few visits now updated to a 5 getting to know each and every one by first name basis. Won’t share names here though but dentist has great sense of humor also a plus!
I have had dental care for all my life and all over the world. The practice under Dr. James and now under Dr. Shim is the best by far. I have been a happy customer of Absolute Dental - Minden since early 2018 and I have never been happier. My dental assistant Cassie B is the best.
I was very impressed with my hygienist, Candace not so much with the dentist who left me sitting in the chair for 20 minutes to send 2 minutes looking at my x-ray and teeth. Not explaining a thing to me!
