They asked almost $1200 to file my taxes.
i am gig app/1099 delivery driver and did all the final totals for them. it was a max 30-40mins work for this company because i did all the job with the receipts and totals.
took my paperwork and did my taxes elsewhere for less then $300.
Stay Away . Overpriced
We've used CV Accounting for a couple of years and always had issues with poor communications and them taking a long time to get things done, but this year will be our last. They made a mistake on our return which was finished on April 14. I caught the error and it took them over 2 months to redo it with me prompting them. I spoke to the owner, Drew, about it and he was very dismissive and even demeaning. It's shame I really try to use local business, but recommend avoiding this one.
We unfortunately had to switch to a new firm. We like to sit and see our accountant, but they've gone to all drop off and pick up when ready. We don't need a visit each time just the first time. I wish they had the help or they would make time for their clients. It's really quite unfortunate.
