BGS Builders/Roofing LLC is a business known for its expertise and excellent work ethic. They provide the necessary materials and complete the job as promised. Matthew, one of their representatives, is commended for his prompt communication and thorough inspection, offering helpful advice and solutions. However, there have been reports of slow checkout processes and varying attitudes of employees. Overall, customers are satisfied with the roof installation service.
During the week of March 3, 2025, BGS Roofing removed and laid a new roof. The work was completed as promised. In past years, I have had to have new roofs installed. BGS is by far the most trust worthy, honest hard working group of people I have encountered in the roofing business. There was no loud music, loud talking and no swearing. What a great combination: hard working and friendly people who keep their word and are straight forward with requests. We have been blessed with BGS! Without reservation, I highly recommend BGS!!
Matthew was truly awesome. We had the same problem Leah did with nobody calling us back. Matthew replied promptly, fit us in quickly, and came when he said he would. He did patch work on our roof but noted that it could use a replacement and came ready with a quote and options. Beyond missing shingles, he spotted areas where the nail heads were rising and addressed that as well. We look forward to working with him on the new roof next spring.
