Technician was friendly, engaging, impressive with his knowledge and thoroughness. It was a very tough job of removing the old cartridge. He did a great job and the shower valve hasn't worked this well even when we bought the home new. We are very happy with the finish job. The only suggestion is to wear booties over shoes. He left stains on our bedroom carpet. Wife not too pleased about that😂
Woke up in the morning to a flooded garage because the main pressure regulator valve. The issue caused excessive pressure to water lines and caused some filter housing to crack. Called The Lindi Corp and explained the situation to Brian and he had a technician out to fix the problem within an hour. He was very professional and courteous and also proceeded to check the entire house for any other issues. I would recommend this company for any of plumbing issues and repairs.
