We have been clients of Silverado for several years having signed up for their annual maintenance plan. The twice annual service has always been completed timely and professionally. However, recently our a/c stopped working on a very hot Sunday. We called Silverado expecting to leave a voicemail. We were pleasantly surprised to talk to an actual person! Called for service late in the afternoon. Prompt arrival by early evening. Honest diagnosis of a loose wire connection. Tightened connections and tested all components. Very pleased!
