We have been clients of Silverado for several years having signed up for their annual maintenance plan. The twice annual service has always been completed timely and professionally. However, recently our a/c stopped working on a very hot Sunday. We called Silverado expecting to leave a voicemail. We were pleasantly surprised to talk to an actual person! In a word the experience was exceptional. A great technician named Saul arrived at our house two hours after our initial call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the needed replacement part and had our a/c back on in no time. Called for service late in the afternoon. Prompt arrival by early evening. Honest diagnosis of a loose wire connection. Tightened connections and tested all components. Very pleased!
