My mom is seen by Beatrice and she is wonderful. Her office staff is great as well with the exception of Elena, the front desk attendant. She is very abrupt and often rude to myself and my senior mom who is very hard of hearing. She is extremely disorganized. Our most recent interactions have been overwhelming for my mom. Elena has called prescriptions into 2 different pharmacies even after confirming that were to all be called into a single one. This left her trying to figure out where her meds were. She was scheduled for labs to be drawn at 11am in the office for a week. Elena calls my mom 2 hours before on the day of to cancel and send her to the hospital. My mom...read full review
