George's Plumbing showed up on time, kept us informed before, during, and after. Jennifer knows her stuff!! Knowledgeable and professional, even when our Beagle went in 2nd string, to be plumber's helper, courteous, professional, cleaned up after, can't ask for more, HIGHLY RECOMMEND George's Plumbing! Knows Plumbing! Thank you!!
I have been dealing with Jennifer for a couple of years now and she has been so accommodating. The jobs have included changing out the water connection for our refrigerator, installing new toilets, shut off valves and supply lines, replacing faucets in kitchen and bathrooms, fixing a leak in our main shower and replacing hose spigots. She did an emergency weekend job since we were in town one time and was at the house within 5 minutes of my phone call! Her pricing is more than fair, she's honest and does standout work. I highly recommend her for your work, whether its your home, vacation, or second home!!
As stated before, Jennifer took over for George. We needed to have our water heater re-installed after being removed for drywall repairs, and ServPro recommended her. We bought a new base pan for the water heater, along with a new faucet and drain. We were originally quoted (over the phone), $120 for the water heater re-install and $50 for faucet install. Once she got there, she said it wasn't up to code, and needed to install a T&P Valve $25, and charged $150 for install, and then charged $120 for the faucet install and when asked about the $50 price she quoted, she asked if we spoke with her (she was the only one we were dealing with). I thought $120 was pretty steep considering that it came with all the parts. The drain cost $40 to install because it said that a new down spout was needed and we weren't charged for it. The work was quality, she showed up when she said she was going to, and got the job done. I just think that the pricing for the faucet install seemed a little steep, and didn't like the price change. Remember to always get a written estimate when working with contractors ;)
