I went to this location in regards to a letter I received about my name change needing supporting documents. I spoke with Riley in regards to the letter. She asked if I originally processed this request at their location I told her no and she said I would need to go back or redo everything with her. I showed her the letter as well as my marriage certificate and she said it was valid enough. She didn't even look up my account or ask for my ID it was as if she didn't care to help me at all. I told her I have had my name changed everywhere else and was not required to show my name will be changed on my marriage certificate and she said that is the only way we can do it....read full review

A simple wire transfer that i was told was complete is now turning into a big mess. If you are not able to transact, let me know you are not capable. Don't hold on to your customer's money and not even follow up like you said you were going to. Totally incompetent. Reporting to BBB about their ill practice.Why tell me the transaction is done? And call me a few days later saying they need mire info? And when i ask to cancel and give me my money back the answer is they cant? How is this not a robbery? Wither do the transaction please r cancel it and let me go to another bank. Where is the business courtesy of following up? Why take my email address if you will not use it...read full review
