My laptop wouldn't boot, turns out my hard drive was shot. These guys replaced it in a few days and it works perfect now, maybe even better than before since it has a fresh copy of windows 10. Paid much less than I expected as well.

We have called upon Tahoe Tech group a number of times for our computers. They have been fantastic in everyway getting us back up and running. It always seems to be at the wrong time when you have computer problems, and the guys are usually pretty quick to get back to us. Carl has always been very fair and honest with us when it comes to our computer needs. Thank you guys keep up the great work!!!

Carl is my lifeline when it comes to solving problems with technology. If there was a diagnosis for "tech ignorance trauma," I would have all the symptoms. I have received impeccable, polite, expedient services at a very reasonable cost from Tahoe Tech. If they ever leave Tahoe, I will stalk them and camp outside their doorstep.
