I believe my wife may have posted but I cannot find the post. If I could give negative stars I would. The company was hired for snow removal on my roof last winter. The snow removal was fine. The next day I had a roofer out to find and repair a leak in my roof - the reason I called reliable was to clear snow to find the leak. It is important to note that the roof was installed in 2019 and nobody had been on the roof since the original installation. It is also important to note that we selected reliable because they were licensed bonded and insured and felt confident that they would stand by any work they performed. When the roofer arrived the next day they noted that the roof had been severely damaged with slice marks, as if by shovels. The roofer also noted red marks at several of the damaged portions. We contacted reliable services and they said that they have never had complaints like this before and dismissed our claims. I then put together a summary of the evidence leading me to suspect reliable services as the cause. Reliable services then sent the claim to their insurance provider. At this point I was very pleased. I thought this was resolved. I thought that reliable services had accepted responsibility and the insurance company would determine how much the claim would be. I was very disappointed all the insurance company said was that there was no proof that reliable services caused the damage. There was no alternative cause. Turns out that reliable services did not provide the information I provided and it seems that we needed video of reliable services doing the damage of for them to have signed their work. We have now provided the pictures with the red to the insurance company and they are ignoring us. Since I have had to pay13000 for the damaged section to be replaced. Winter is coming and I could not wait. I have also contacted a lawyer and am preparing to sue. I hate to lawyer up by people doing the right thing is too much to expect. If I have to spend 13000 to a lawyer to get 13000 I will. And I am sorry, but an insurance company denying a claim is not proof of innocence to anyone who has dealt with insurance companies.

reliable services came out to de ice roof. a roof if 4 years old. then we had a roof inspection the next day and discover 13,500damages do to their red shovels be ware of hiring this company who does not take responsibility for their actions.
