I lost power to half of my condo. I called and emailed Keith as well as some other electricians who serviced Incline. Keith was the only company that responded. Keith had a full schedule the next day but took an hour of his time before his next appointment to come by my condo, discuss my situation and investigate/troubleshoot the problem. Keith determined that I wasn't getting full power to one of my lines. The root cause was the line was damaged and was grounding to the metal conduit pipe. We scheduled a time for a few days starting Oct 25 to Oct 28 to pull new power lines to the junction box and repair/replace my electrical panel. On October 25, Keith came by on time (in fact earlier and waiting in his van). Keith did some prep work prior to pulling new line by carefully removing drywall around the existing panel to get better access. He then turned the power off at the junction box, removed the panel cover completely, removed each breaker individually, labelling all lines and noting what they controlled in a handbook. Keith is very meticulous. Once that was done, Keith remove the flex conduit to expose the 2 power lines. Keith tried to pull the damaged line it wouldn't budge as well as the other line . Eventually, he determined that lines couldn't be pulled at this time. Keith didn't give up though and came up with a temporary solution that would get me full power back to my condo. He installed a new panel and breakers, as the current panel was 50 years old and on its last leg. Keith again was very meticulous in wiring the panel, making sure that he routed the wires so they were neatly in place, well labeled as well as labeling each of the breakers as to what they controlled (using the notes he made in the handbook). I'm completely satisfied with the excellent work that Keith has done. He's also taking the time to write up some proposed solutions for a permanent fix to the electrical lines which we'll submit to my HOA and Keith will be involved in the discussions. I've already planned on some other electrical work on my condo and have asked Keith for estimates. He does excellent work, he's meticulous, very knowledgeable and informative, and I highly recommend him for any work where an electrician is needed. Thanks Keith, and I'm looking forward to working with you again

Keith is great. He communicates clearly, shows up on time and cleans up when done. All that and he fixed our issue, too. We had an intermittent issue that took a lot of troubleshooting but Keith was able to fit us in around other projects and got it done.Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
