DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR FROM HERE. SPENT $900 ON HAIR FOR IT TO BE FAKE. They literally sent me hair from china thinking I wouldn't notice. I've been coming here and purchasing hair for years and now they don't want to do anything about the problem. I obviously know the conditions of what the hair should be like I've purchased it multiple times and this was nothing like I've experienced before this is awful hair. The owner who I spoke with was absolutely the worst business person I've ever talked to he kept stuttering and didn't even say anything it was honestly so embarrassing for him. I have allowed enough time to pass for the problem concerning the product I purchased from you to be rectified. I am letting you know that I will be writing a review online to all of the different sites in order to advise others on the status of the air that you sale. I was a loyal customer for 10 years and the one time that I had a problem with the hair that you sold there was no remediation provided. I spent $278 on hair that cannot be worn and had to be taken out of my head and thrown away due to the fact that it was the equivalency of synthetic prepackaged hair that could've been bought for probably a couple of dollars per pack. This review will be updated when I can finally get in the shop to purchase my extensions.... the HOURS for the shop here on yelp are wrong. They are only open until 5 pm. I have foolishly done this twice now where I have driven over there hoping they closed at 6, not 7 and it is 5 pm that they close. I only like getting my hair extensions here because they match my hair color up so well. So..... I am hoping to get there next week when I go to get my color done, BEFORE my scheduled appointment at 230 pm. Please be open for me :-)
