Love this Ulta location. The staff are so so nice and welcoming. They always ensure you're asked if you need any help and keep an eye on you if you're not quite finding what you need. The store is clean and neat; Even the Elephant products aren't in disrepair! Prices are very good for my budgets (~$50 when I shop here) and the lighting is pretty good.
I am in here every few weeks. I keep shopping at this store because of the customer service. I also prefer Ulta because Sephora employees treat me as if I'm lucky to shop there. No thanks. I shop where I'm treated like I belong. I've returned multiple products that I purchased online that were not what I wanted and they always make the process easy. I only shop in the store on occasion as I like to order online, but every time I'm in here, I feel welcomed.
