Friendly and helpful staff. I can always find what I need.That being said, Ulta has the most ridiculous even-exchange policy I have ever experienced.If you buy an item on sale, and it happens to be defective (leaks, pump is broken, etc...) and want to exchange it for the identical item (within their standard return window), Ulta's process includes paying the higher price for the identical replacement product if the item is no longer on sale.Ulta doesn't have a way to do a true like-for-like even exchange. Ulta is killing it! All the registers were open and they have later hours for the next couple of days. QUICK HACK: BUY EVERYTHING ONLINE,go to the store that has everything in your order, you can check when you select which Ulta Beauty you want to pick your order up from.Use your PayPal credit account and you will have 6 months to pay if it’s $99 or more.NOW: bring a good friend, add them to the pick-up list or let them drive:because Ulta only has 2 curbside pickup parking spots. Lots to choose from but nothing is in a specific order. There is lots of things that are scattered out of place. Ulta needs to restock many items that has been empty for long periods of time.
