Denise and the whole staff here are absolutely incredible; I wish I knew all of their names! I switched to this cleaner after the staff at the previous cleaner kept delivering terrible experiences and the quality of dry cleaning was barely better than decent. Not at this Tide cleaner! My clothes always look and smell incredible after picking up, if I point out a stain or specific area that needs attention, they take care of it, and most importantly, the staff makes me feel EXTREMELY valued. I've been coming to Tide cleaners on South Eastern for a few years now and I'm happy I found this place. I'm very pleased with their service. I never had any problems and they always do a great job. The staff are always friendly and courteous. And what I love the most is that they always give you discounts.- like who doesn't like discounts? They frequently email you discounts which is always so nice because taking your clothes to the cleaners is not cheap at all. The girls that work there are really nice! Love the coupons! And i dig the products they use - i cant really explain it but the dry cleaning and laundered dress shirts feel and smell great.
