This place is top notch! From the time I walked in the door to when I left the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. There was a great mix of music playing in the background that was not too loud. The offer of beer, wine or water was a refreshing extra. The haircut that I received from Kim was outstanding! She paid attention to little details that make a difference. My hair looked amazing with a little touch of gel. And after being washed the cut held up to just combing and letting it dry. I have a big full beard. I visited Swagger Men's Grooming Salon yesterday (8th September) around 12:20pm, and my experience was phenomenal. Despite not having an appointment, the staff welcomed me with open arms and top-notch service. The front desk lady was especially inviting, making me feel at ease the moment I walked in.My stylist, Jaymee, was exceptional. She knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and kept me engaged in pleasant conversation. Her technique was so relaxing that it felt more like a massage; I even nearly fell asleep!The experience was elevated even further when I was given a hot towel on my face while Jaymee washed my hair. I've been looking for a great place since my stylist of over 20 years moved to Utah. I tried Fantastic Sams...which wasn't...so I did a search online, found Swagger, and decided to give it a try.Best haircut I've had in a long time! Jaymee was skillful & personable, and we talked like we had been friends for years. The cut/style was exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere there was friendly from the moment I walked in.Believe me, I'll be back.
