I moved to Henderson in January 2020. The first thing I did was find a place to get my hair done. Done because I add what Kim calls 'low lights'. (partially cover the grey) Swagger. I liked the name. I was lucky to become the client of the owner Kim and she is an excellent hair, color overall magician at making me look younger than I am. From day 1 I inquired about getting a shave. This was during COVID but finally the red tape was cut and now I get a great straight razor shave. Again done by Kim. I'm proud to be one of the first clients to get a shave. Working with Kim to help her deliver the finest shave experience has been fun and we're still at it. The vibe is laid back, the music is alway appropriate and the work excellent. When Kim's schedule and mine don't match I've always received great work from the other clinicians. Swagger the one and only place I'll go for a haircut, shave, color and even nose/ear waxing.
I have been a customer for years and the quality of service is excellent. I refuse to get my haircut from anywhere else. Kim and her staff are friendly and very accommodating. From the moment you step in and greeted, to the finishing touches on your haircut, Swagger Men's Grooming is the best!
Recently switched to Swagger after a bad experience with their competitor (see last month's reviews) and boy am I glad I did. I had one of the best haircuts in my life and was treated well. My stylist is amazing and the front end staff was great as well which just goes to show you that it isn't always about the concept but more about the execution.
