So, after almost a decade, I thought NOW is the time to recognize not only an one-of-a-kind Stylist/Colorist, but an amazing, caring human being... Jade. She's been with me for so long, through all my personal and HAIR trials and tribulations. In both respects, Jade has saved me over and over. She listens. She gets it. She shares... and I'm not just talking about my hair. I had a period of time when I lived away, so Jade was not my Go To. Then, crap happened, and who did I drive to see??? My Savior Jade. While I enjoyed my experience here at the spa, I have to confess... The women's spa area is extremely small. 4 lounge chairs for the steam room/sauna/2 jacuzzis ? Everyone was fighting for their time on the lounge chairs. Definitely did not like that. I do enjoy the fact that they have locals discounts, to include on the weekends. That is a nice feature.
It's been a little while since my last visit, but yesterday I went with a friend to get 3 spa treatments as a celebration. My overall review is the same, great, friendly and helpful staff. I also met one of the managers who was very professional and gave great customer service with our little hiccup at the end. she resolved it quickly and efficiently, what more could you ask for? The facilities are also great. Clean and bright and all the amenities you need are available to you. I did want to mention a couple of areas for improvement. The hot plunge pool is not hot, it's warm, it could be turned up a couple of notches. the cold plunge pool is also not cold,... read full review
