I walked in on Labor Day with knee pain and they greeted me very nice and made me feel welcomed. Every single person from nurse to the doctor and all staff were super nice and all greeted me! It was a wonderful experience!
Well let me say this urgent care gets crowded early so you have to go when they open ! Staff was pleasant but somewhat slow. One lady at reception desk just sat there and appeared to be in her computer while there was a long line of people out the door . The Quality of Care was great ! I would recommend this urgent care and they gave a bloodwork and radiology department right in the same floor!
The employees here are friendly and efficient. I had a very positive experience here coming in for an x-ray. To get an x-ray you can come in as a walk in as early as 7am. I did this and it wasn't crazy busy. I checked in, had my x-ray, and was leaving in 10 minutes. Both the receptionist and the technician were friendly and efficient. I assumed I couldn't bring my kids because other spots in town have a no kid policy, even for ultrasound. The technician said that if I ever needed to bring my kids that it would be okay. Hooray for a facility making healthcare accessible for parents! Thank you for the friendly and efficient service!
