Be aware for sneaky billing practices with Simplicity Laser as a corporation not this location.
Giving this location a 4 because everything was great, only taking one star off because I always waiting for my appointment to start which is fine not a big deal but if you’re somebody on a strict schedule something to keep in mind.
Now on to Simplicity Laser as a whole. I bought the 16 month treatment for 39/month. A normal person looking at it would think it’s 39x16=$624. However when they email you the contract they say the 16 treatment plan is spread over 24 months so you’re actually paying 39/ a month for two years for 16 treatments... read full review

Found this place on Groupon . Groupon expired by 2 days they not only honored it but set me up for a monthly program .. upon visiting I was welcome by staff very friendly and clean facility :) .. Jenny was my laser tech I love her and her energy she noticed I had other hair growth on my face and advised I upgrade my package 10$ difference.. Jenny took care of me from the time I walked in until I waked out !! What a great experience.. see you ladies in 6 weeks !!!!

I have been getting laser hair removal for 5 different areas for almost a year now. I've had nothing but wonderful visits each time. I was previously seeing the same tech for 6 months but had to switch to Midori as I needed weekend appts. Midori is so amazing, always smiling and helping me laugh throughout my sessions. It's a much needed distraction. Ive had the best results too. She's the best!
