Has "another" repair place tell us that the battery on my wife's Samsung was not replaceable. It was swollen. So, we spent over $1,000 for a new phone at Best Buy. A few months later, the battery on my Samsung S10 Plus swelled up. I figured "here we go again." We'll, I had a Doctor's appointment in the same center as Simple Repair so I figured what the heck, let me talk to them. Met with Jim. He took my phone and told me to come back 20 minutes later. Came back and he handed me my phone with a new battery...... $79.00 out the door. I now ONLY use them.
