Definitely a hidden gem to Henderson! If you’re looking for the most knowledgeable trainers, the cleanest facility, the nicest owners, then this is the spot! I actually look forward to my workouts because Sam makes everything challenging yet fun!

I was skeptical at first when I saw all and pretty much only 5 star reviews for Refined Personal Training. I thought this can't be real. I decided to go and take a look for myself. I meet with Jeannette and she showed me around then asked me what my goals were. What did I want to focus on or achieve? Did I want to learn about how nutrition affects the body and weight loss or did I just want to exercise, or was my goal specific like training for a marathon, etc? She wanted to find out what I wanted so she could pair me up with the best trainer who could help me achieve my goals and make sure our personalities would mesh.
