I need 10+ stars for Josh and Anouk. I am a repeat client at Refined; in November I gifted my 15 yr old nephew training sessions with Josh. He is a freshman football player and wanted to learn strength training. Josh was a perfect mentor in so many ways! Josh made such an impact on my nephew’s athletic life. At the same time I began training with Anouk, her training techniques have shown me the importance of core work, light weight training, and consistency; with her calm and persistent encouragement I have surprised myself with some of the exercises I am able to perform!

I have been meeting with Kelly. She is incredible! I scheduled with her after giving birth to twins and then found out I had surprise baby on the way! 3 babies in one year was rough my body, but working out with Kelly through the pregnancy and postpartum has helped my ab separation heal. I absolutely love this angel of a trainer, I’m so glad I found her!Refined Personal Training is a very clean and professional facility. The space is well equipped and I’ve been impressed with the diversity of workouts Kelly has been able to arrange with the equipment space in the facility.10/10. 5 stars.

This is an amazing training facility , very well managed by the owners and the trainers are amazing. Michelle worked around my schedule and is an excellent trainer . I had a few limitations and she helped me immensely with my strength building and am amazed at the improvement in my daily life .The trainers work at your own pace and requirements and also make necessary changes to improve your performance so one can get the best results.Best decision ever to join this gym .
