Have had KC out twice, for scorpions. Very fast, friendly, and effective! No scorpions after the first treatment. Very few bugs at all. Great company reasonably priced. Very straightforward and honest
I've been receiving service from R&C since 2016. The service tech always calls me the day prior to visiting which I am grateful of. Payment process is simple so no issues there and visitation is bi-monthly. So far, I never had to call them back to my house for another treatment because since I started with them, I've had no major issues. I appreciate how I don't have to be home in order for them to provide treatment/service, and I especially like how they leave me with extra bug traps when they're done. We have used them for a couple years, last time a new person came without being notified our last person had quit. We shall soon find out through how many dead or alive bugs show up.
