LUV Car Wash is a company founded by experienced car wash industry professionals who aim to make car washing a fun and easy experience. It's a popular spot for car owners who want to keep their vehicles sparkling clean. Many customers appreciate the convenience and affordability of the wash, with single washes starting at just $10 and an unlimited wash program available. The staff helps with payment and screen issues, and they provide clean microfiber towels to wipe down wheels. After the wash, customers can enjoy shade, spray cleaner, compressed air, vacuum, and free microfiber towels, making the process very convenient. Some customers noted that the touch screen payment kiosks can be finicky, but employees are always there to assist. Occasionally, there might be a short wait for a station, and some customers have mentioned that cars are sometimes placed too close together through the wash. On a recent visit, a customer reported that compressed air and spray cleaner bottles were broken, but they believe it was a one-time issue. Overall, many customers find LUV Car Wash to be the best brand, offering free air freshener, air gun, towels, and glass cleaner, and highly recommend it.
Alex and Yoyo are very nice young men. When entering in the car wash Alex scrubbed the back of the car and that has never happened. I appreciated that because the back of the car doesn't get as clean when going through the car wash. The stalls you pull into were all stalked with clean towels and windex.
Jackie was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. She provided excellent customer service and made sure I had a great experience. You can tell she cares about her job and her customers. Definitely deserves recognition!
Helpful and courteous staff. There is a problem with the car wash. The last several washes has left a residue on the my vehicle. The vehicle is not coming out of the car wash clean. Possibly the rinse water. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
