I've know Daniel professionally (work related) for a few years now and the attributes that you can't help but notice are he does what he says to the letter without sacrifice or cutting a corner.....not even on his investment properties. And his unwavering honesty which to me equates to trust....paid a $500 bonus well over a year later on a sale! So if integrity, honesty & dependability are attributes that are important to you when choosing a general contractor rest assured he possess these qualities! After being in the business for 20+ years and seeing what some guy's hide to make a buck i can say, " many possess an artisans flare within this field but the traps that some weave may have a price that's so dear ensnaring innocence that pays!" ~Scott Hadley~
