Karen is a life saver! She is so amazing, kind, caring, attentive and very professional. Her office is so clean and peaceful. It is truly a safe and relaxing environment. She also definitely knows what she is doing! I have seen such dramatic results from our electrolysis sessions thus far. I have done laser but my hairs kept coming back. However, since I started seeing Karen the hairs have not returned. My surgeries require permanent hair removal and if it weren't for this all star I would be so lost. O-M-G! I am so glad I found this place. I haven't had such service in years. I went originally for electrolysis, which good ones are hard to come by. Karen was excellent. Then I asked what else does she do. Had my brows done next. They are perfect. Then I haven't had a facial since b4 the pandemic and even at that, couldn't find a good place. Just had one from Karen at PRO Care. I don't want to wash my face, I'm so thrilled with the outcome! I've never had one where I felt I saw results immediately until today's from PRO Care Skin Care.
