(10/8/25) Excellent service. My husband and I had appointments on the same day. They took us both in at the same time. Our technician Hailey was nice, fast, and thorough with the medical equipment and helping us feel comfortable. The doctor was pleasant and explained as she went along. She went over our test results and her concerns and gave us recommendations. Everyone was very pleasant, took time to explain the findings, and assisted us with getting new frames and lenses. Many designer frames to choose from. No sales pressure, just friendly service. We can't wait until we get our pairs within two weeks!

Front desk personnel was amazing. Assistant was perfect; good directions during each test and pleasant. Dr was great as well. Very nice bedside manner and thorough throughout the exam.
