I have been with P3 medical since arriving five years ago in Las Vegas Nevada. I have changed doctors but never centers and I will not leave P3 Medical Grp as if my nieces and aunties are around. They call me to remind me to ask me. Do I need them to do anything for me right now I can’t make appointments because I just don’t have it in me and they’re like if you need us to do it call us and I’m like thank you so much. They are my family. Good job P3 Medical Grp a team made in heaven.
I Had a frozen shoulder, so visited this office in November 2020. Kelly Watters (NP) and her student nurse were fine. I have no problem with them.That said, there were a few things I didn't appreciate. Since I am not familiar with how medical billing and insurance work, I will just summarize what happened below:1. Had to wait more than 40 minutes after completing the initial paper work.2. At the end of the appointment, Ms. Watters suggested that we have an online appointment in Feb. 2021 as a follow-up appointment.3. Paid $75 at the office for the visit.4. Kelly Waters hands down was very sweet, informative, and helpful with my situation. Didn't rush anything, made suggestions that I felt would be beneficial in my situation, and worth the half hour drive from N. Las Vegas to Henderson (where I used to live) to see her. Thank you!
