Jacob, Nicole & Madi are wonderful! They have established a warm and inviting environment within the clinic. They make coming to physical therapy fun rather than a chore. I highly recommend Optimal Therapy Paseo Verde!

So far so good. The staff is very welcoming and energetic. The vibe is great which makes therapy itself helpful. They’re always asking after every exercise how I’m feeling, and making sure I’m taken care of. I really appreciate every single one of them for showing that they care. Especially helping with my scar tissue buildup The only downfall to me is how hidden I feel their office is where they are located, the Stephanie and Paseo Verde location.

So happy my doctor sent me here to Optimal Therapy. What a delightful and helpful group of professionals. I have major back issues and can see my strength and endurance improving daily. I see the folks at the Paseo Verde office. Kudos to Nicole, Jacob, Madison and Armando.

Understanding the root cause of an issue is crucial. The first step in our process is treating the condition or injury that is causing the pain. At the conclusion of your physical and/or occupational therapy, we elevate you beyond your pre-injury state. Our focus is to heal you through manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise.
