I came with a cousin to NuCanvas' grand opening and won an IV hydration pack. I actually saved it until I really needed it and the perfect opportunity presented itself when my whole family got sick. Mailo was amazing and incredibly attentive. I always have issues with IVs or drawing blood so naturally I was nervous. She listened and switched things up to make sure I had a great experience. She checked on me throughout the process and even stayed past closing since my IV was going slower than normal. I never felt like Mailo was annoyed or rushed to get me out of there. My experience with Mailo was exceptional! From the time I entered, I was greeted by her wonderful staff, met with a clean and professional environment, and spent time with Mailo where she made my needs felt heard.
