Went for my papsmir there at this location had NP V. Artenia thought she did good till I started hurting to go urinate; then found out today as I did NOT get a call back for my results, but found out I had to reschedule for another pap that I made a complaint that NP told me if she lubricated too much that they will let her know. I told her to please lubricate being I"m dried but she scraped me and possibly cut skin off why I was hurting and spot bled which I never did in my life of getting papsmir.

I called several times to get my blood results. I was told I would get a call back each time. I never got a call back. You can not speak to anyone directly and are forced to go through their call center. The office staff will not allow the call center reps to transfer the call to speak to any one directly. I was told through the call center rep that the office staff told her to tell me if I wanted my blood results I would need to go pick it up and if I wanted the results explained to me I would have to make a appointment to go over the results. My dad went here for his physical. He’s a dialysis patient with heart and blood pressure problems. His appointment with PA Bernadette Yalung lasted less than 15min. He was never asked to do any test not even a blood work. One month later he called and asked for refills on his meds. 2 weeks later, still no refills sent to his pharmacy. He’s out of his meds as of today. I called today to ask for refills and complain. A rude woman answered and didn’t wanna listen or stop talking. I had to raise my voice and ask her to stop talking, she ended up hanging up on me. I called and complained again to a supervisor.
