Omg!!!!! Emily is a miracle worker. I have dyed my hair black sense I was 19 till now 30 . I tried to dye it brown myself and the color did not change only the top took the brown. The black at the bottom was super black due to me dying my hair black for so many years. I went in for a consultation today and she assured me that she can fix my hair and make it look new.
