It was a fantastic experience working with the ATI physical therapy team. Thanks to their creative therapy I have been able to regain the strength of my right arm /shoulder. My only recommendation to their patients would be to keep practicing the exercises at home/gym because if you just rely only on therapy day the chances of succeeding are very low. They don't answer the phone so no one can make an appointment they don't return phone calls and they just horrible all around thanks for nothing this is the worst company I've ever heard of

I have an upcoming appointment and I was told that my doctor did not send the referral so after multiple frustrating weeks of babysitting my doctors office and then finally sending over the referral according to them. I'm unable to reach anybody at ATI to make sure that they received the referral. I also noticed there are multiple locations way closer to my house and I wanted to change my appointment to a closer location. Every single time I call ATI I get a recording and I am forced to leave my phone number for a "call back". The system says you can wait on hold or you can leave a phone number.
