I just finished PT for shoulder surgery. After 13 sessions I feel like I'm at 75%. With their guidance and suggestions (and exercising at home between visits) I fully expect to rebound to 100% within the next few months. My special thanks to therapists Ryan & Jon who were so nice, joked with me and kept me smiling throughout. In addition, thank you to Taylor, Fred, Bianca, and Alfredo. All had a hand in my recovery process.

My review is posted. I revised my experience, my comments and my rating from a 3 to a 5. I think if someone is having a problem, they should let their therapist know. I also want to give a shout-out to Ryan, the PTA. He's really nice and follows the therapist's orders. Thanks Adam and Ryan.

I love the therapists and staff at the St Rose Facility. But I absolutely abhor the communication's set up. You cannot call the facility directly. You have to go through a central switchboard. It takes forever and one woman couldn't find the Henderson, NV facility! I just wanted to notify them that I was going to be late and ask if I should reschedule. Two other times I just wanted to reschedule and I was on hold for an extremely long time. It probably would have been faster to drive over there but not safer for my health! That service is inefficient and time consuming !!!!!
