Massage Envy is highly praised for its exceptional massage therapists. Customers have reported remarkable experiences, highlighting Jenny as the best for alleviating aches and pains. Sofia is also noted for providing transformative massages that leave clients feeling renewed. Additionally, Jacob and Sophie are recognized for their skill in addressing specific needs during couples massages. The friendly front desk staff, like Kiki, adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making it a recommended destination for relaxation.
I enjoy my facials and my massage. But the only thing that bothers me is that when I’m checking out, they make you tip what they want you to tip and sometimes when you buy a product they included the amount so you’re tipping more than you should.
Jenny is an absolute gem at the St. Rose location. I am almost nervous to give this review because i am afraid she will get booked up and I will have a hard time getting in. But she deserves it! She has the skills of a 5 star resort spa masseuse! I highly recommend!
My masseuse Samuel's the best, he got out a pain in my back that I thought was going to need X-rays and surgery. He's a miracle worker and constantly gets better every visit. Always a pleasure!
