When I get a massage, I always tell the therapist that I need firm pressure, focusing on shoulders, neck & back to release tension & knots because I can only get in about 2-3 times a year. I want to leave feeling like the muscles were actually worked on and Tirso has been the best therapist I've found to actually apply the right pressure.
