While prices continue to rise, many members feel the membership is still a great value, especially with significant improvements in equipment and the overall cleanliness of the facility. However, concerns have been raised regarding the club's hours, as it no longer operates 24 hours, which can be an issue for some members. Many appreciate the positive energy of the staff, highlighting employees like Ryan, the yoga teacher, and Sammy, who helps maintain the men's room, as key contributors to the gym's welcoming atmosphere. The Saturday Parent's Nights are also a popular feature, offering parents a chance for a night out while their children are cared for. We’re paying $250 per month. Why is the men’s locker room SAUNA and SPA still out of order. 🤔

Kristy at the Green Valley location is the best!! She has helped me on multiple occasions and is consistently patient, professional, and genuinely kind. Any time I have a question or need assistance, she goes out of her way to make sure I’m taken care of and never makes me feel like an inconvenience.
This is exactly why I always come to the Green Valley location. Team members like Kristy make the experience stand out and create an environment where members truly feel valued.
The place is nice and clean, but the customer service needs improvement. I needed help with some equipment, and unfortunately, no one came to assist me. Giving 3 stars because the store itself is well-kept, but the service fell short.
