We have been very satisfied patients of Dr. Jones for more than a decade. Not just satisfied, elated! ...until now. At my last cleaning, I asked Myra the hygienist if she was vaccinated against COVID and was told that it was none of my business. My wife and son are both immuno-compromised and that answer was far from acceptable. Over the next week, I asked Dr. Jones directly (by email) about the COVID status of his practice and his response was that he would not discuss it and that I was welcome to move my family to another practice.I am shocked, hurt and very upset that apparently, Dr. Jones is does not take the COVID precautions and recommendations seriously. Ive been doing to Dr Jones for over 20 years, and he's treated myself and my children. Always had excellent service in all respects -- scheduling, dental care, billing, etc. This is as competent, consistent and convenient a medical office as Ive ever experienced. Highly recommend.
