“I stopped by to get an expert opinion on the sizes of a few specialty rings I purchased, as they seemed to vary a bit from the size I thought I needed. Petra was incredibly helpful and professional, and she walked me through everything to consider when determining the correct size to order. To take it even further, she measured each of my fingers and gave me the sizes, so I will have that for future reference! She gave me 30 min of her time even though I was not there to make a purchase. As a professional myself, I can say this is the type of customer service people remember and memory bank. I was lucky today and even got to see a few custom rings she created! I must say, if you have any jewelry needs whatsoever, Petra is the one to see.
