Stopped by J Crimi Eye Boutique earlier today to get my glasses fixed. From the time I walked in, I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. I showed Jerry (Optician) my glasses (they were missing a screw) he immediately went to work installing a new screw and checked the other screws to make sure they were all tight. Then he cleaned my glasses, put them back in their case and handed it back to me. I responded “that was quick and easy. What do I owe you?” Jerry said, “no charge” I will definitely be coming back to J Crimi for any future repairs and/or purchases of eyewear. Thanks Jerry!!!

So thankful for J Crimi! I have a pair of expensive frames that had a unique screw/bolt missing from them. I stopped at multiple brandname eyeglass stores (including where the frames were purchased) and no one was able/willing to replace or fix the issue. The staff at J Crimi took on the job, and fixed the issue same day! I know where I will be purchasing my next pair of frames.
