Jose came out to investigate our hot water after we noticed a yellow tint - turns out we needed a new hot water heater. He had a reasonable quote to us and someone from his team out within an hour to replace our tank. They even checked our softener to make sure it was working properly. Appreciated the same day service!
Our water line from the house to the street had a leak. The guys came out right away and started work the next day. After they dug the trench, what a mess, I thought. Ralph came the next day and put the new line in and they filled it back in. Looks great! I have to plant some grass but other than that you can't tell it was done. Everyone was professional and kind including the very nice girl in the office. Ralph was a real stand out to the entire process.
I used Innovative to install a new garbage disposal and for a small leak I discovered in the garage. The office was responsive to schedule changes I had to make, and the plumber Ralph was able to quickly handle both plumbing issues during the same visit which saved me time! I recommend this company whenever someone I know needs a plumber. Especially considering good, honest plumbers are hard to come by! Thank you Innovative!
