Terrible experience. My wife and I tried to work with another tax agency dealing with a “professional tax advisor” so we decided to give H\\u0026R Block a chance. We were helped by James Spencer handling our taxes. This has been a headache since. Our payment plan that we agreed upon was supposably processed. The minimal amount told was invalid. The interest we were told that was applied to every month was invalid. We had to resubmit our taxes because he forgot to input our health insurance credits (which increased our total amount owed). We called the IRS to see why our funds haven't been processed they said they didn’t have any record of a payment plan processed. They also said our minimum was no where close to the amount we were told we had to pay it was double and a half. The interest applied monthly was not .5% it was 7%. Again we came to a “professional” to help us learn more and educate us for future reference. Will not be conducting any business in the future with H\\u0026R Block again. Terrible experience once again will not be coming here again.

Yikes... I am not sure about the other advisors here, but Babu was terrible and I don't recommend using him. The biggest issue we had with him was we called and left a message for him 5 different times on different days within a week and a half and never got a call back. He had said he'd call us and let us know if he would be able to e-file state taxes and never called us back 2 weeks later even with all of the messages. Eventually the supervisor was able to look it up herself, so that gives them the one star. It's also extremely pricey to have them do it in person.
