Derek’s products are the best in the business. I’ve seen the difference in cheaper products. I recently toured California and Las Vegas, where I witnessed how Derek’s products withstand strong winds and harsh sunlight. Personally, I have a large pergola on my sunny Florida back porch that had a shade sale in place for two years. It looks brand new, with no sagging or discoloration. Protection from the scorching sun and heat was a major factor for us, and it was a resounding success!
Great Service! Communication, calling back, solving issues was no problem. David was a great help with the purchase to the install. Had trouble with high winds for my new shade but David made sure it was taken cared of and to great customer satisfaction. I recommend them for your next shade project!
Thanks to David and the crew for the wonderful experience!
I was very pleased with the shade sail that Derek, Eric and team installed in my backyard. They were extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations on what would look best and accomplish my shade goals. The work was done very professionally and efficiently, and I would highly recommend them if you were looking for shade and want it done to last.
