It has started off well a few years ago, but service became terrible since about a year ago. Water was turning green, but nothing was done to fix it (I had to fix it myself), then this Friday he dumped acid instead of chlorine into my pool by mistake. PH went to 6.4, chlorine 0.1, phosphates way up, alkalinity 13. Dangerous to swim. I have contacted him on Saturday with an opportunity to fix it, but zero reply, and no show. Fired today. Too many mistakes, zero response.Services: Water treatment

This review is a year overdue!! Eugene came to see our pool on time as promised. He cleaned out our clogged filters and tested our water. I hired him in the spot. He is very knowledgeable and organized. Very much liked that he wasn't trying to sell me things. He's been patient with us when we had tons of questions and guided us on ensuring the pool is running properly. He's the best.

Top notch service! As many people are aware, it can sometimes be difficult to get a contractor scheduled, much less answer your calls! Eugene was the easiest person to communicate with, was able to quickly schedule service without any hassle. His prices are fair! He texted to let me know he was on the way and showed up ON TIME! I also appreciated that I didn't have to lock into some monthly service with him. I needed a filter cleaning because the handles are usually too tight for me to unscrew and the filters are heavy for me to lift. He did the job efficiently and it looks like he fixed an ongoing leak I had as well! Thanks Eugene...you're officially my pool guy now!
