Absolutely disgusting customer service.I saw that this law firm offers free consultations on a website. I called to confirm whether or not this was true.The phone was answered by a woman who sounded like she just woke up from a nap with a " hello " in a non inviting, professional way. I then asked if they offer free consultations and she responds as if she's never heard of free consultations. She proceeds to overtalk me and say if I can't afford them, there's cheaper attorneys out there. I was trying to explain that I saw on a website that says they offer free consultation but she was too busy overtalking me and hung up as I was mid sentence. Completely ignorant.
