Called to order an arrangement for our Aunt and told her I wanted to write "Querida Tia" before getting a chance to spell it out she says "Well I don't speak Spanish, so can you spell it out?" I didn't expect her to know how to spell it....and she could've asked how to spell it without having an attitude. Rude and unprofessional.....
